What if I told you lunging your horse can be effortless in BOTH directions?
How many find themselves chasing and circling their horses around? Folks, the point of lunging your horse should be more of a workout on your horse’s end than yours! If you need help keeping your horse going feel free to grab the flag. If you feel your horse stopping constantly, well you have a whole other issue! Your horse isn’t respecting the feel you’re putting on his halter….. that means you must go back to the basics and gain feel with pressure!
Horses get to a point in their career they understand the work being asked but need to be held accountable to how well they’ll respect the boundaries you’ve put in place.
Give it a try, you lose the game each time your feet move and each time you find yourself going in a circle or ever a half circle you’ve already lost.😉🐎
